Terms ands Conditions for Online Course Participation

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before enrolling in our 5-week online course. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Course Overview

The course consists of five (5) weekly, one-hour online sessions conducted via Zoom. Each session is scheduled on a specific date and time, as communicated upon enrollment.

2. Registration and Payment

• Full payment (if applicable) is required at the time of registration.

• Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email with course details.

• Payment grants access to all five sessions, whether attended live or viewed via any available recordings (if applicable).

• Access to the course is non-transferable.

3. Email Communication

By signing up, you agree to receive:

• A confirmation email with course details

• Weekly reminder emails including the Zoom link, session time, and other relevant updates

• Optional feedback or follow-up emails related to your course experience

You can unsubscribe at any time after the course concludes.

4. Attendance and Recordings

• Live attendance is encouraged, but not required.

• If sessions are recorded (you will be notified), replays may be made available to registered participants.

• Please do not share Zoom links or recordings with individuals who are not registered for the course.

• Participants agree not to record or distribute any course content without written permission.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds may be available if requested at least 48 hours before the course start date.

• After the course begins, no refunds will be issued except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

• If the course is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.

6. Perticipant Conduct

We are committed to creating a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Participants agree to:

• Treat the instructor and other participants with courtesy and respect

• Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior during live sessions

• Use course materials for personal learning only

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach these terms without refund.

7. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the course (presentations, handouts, recordings, etc.) are the intellectual property of Clearsight Communications or the course instructor unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or share course materials without permission

• Use the content for commercial purposes or teaching others without express consent

8. Technology and Access

• You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.

• We are not responsible for any participant’s technical difficulties preventing access or participation.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We provide this course for educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes from participation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for damages or losses incurred in connection with the course.

10. Changes to the Course or Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or these Terms. Participants will be notified of any material changes in advance.
